Professionals

As a member of a professional body you will be familiar with your codes of conduct and the standards of behaviour.  However you may find yourself the subject to an investigation by your Regulator for an alleged breach of that Code, or even required to appear for a disciplinary tribunal.  As fellow regulated professionals we recognise that these investigations are upsetting, disturbing and can have a negative effect on your business.

Where allegations of misconduct and wrongdoing are made the importance of obtaining expert legal advice at an early stage of any investigation is crucial.   Your early response to initial enquires by the Regulator often shape how the investigation proceeds.  We can advice and assist you on preparing your response to those enquiries.

We have a wealth of experience in representing professionals from many different disciplines in supporting, advising, assisting and representing them through both investigations and disciplinary hearings.  This includes in the areas of:-
